Return Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Third Orb does not accept returns, or refunds. We only offer exchanges in cases of defects or damages.

Please send photographic evidence to our email (thirdorbofficial@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will respond as soon as possible. Products must be returned in their original packaging (including the packaging, plastic bags, accessories, labels, etc.). If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service.

To ensure that your exchange request is accepted by Third Orb, returned items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, and packaged in their original packaging without damage or signs of use. If you ordered multiple items, please make sure to place them in their respective original plastic bags. Placing multiple items in the same plastic bag may cause scratches. Returned items will be rigorously inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet the above standards.

If you purchased Third Orb products from other retailers, please consult that retailer directly regarding their policies. Third Orb is not responsible for products purchased from other retailers.

Exchange Costs

Please note that the shipping costs for exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer. Third Orb does not cover any expenses incurred as a result of exchanges.

Size Changes

Unless there is a quality issue with the product or an error in shipping, a fee will apply for size or style changes.
